The Schulte Group aims to provide highly qualified and trained seafarers from the Baltic States and neighbouring countries to a constantly expanding Fleets for our partners. Thus, we believe it is our responsibility to provide the best for our seafarers for them to reach their full potential.

Established in 1999, our Crew Service Centre Latvia is based in Riga. Our recruitment centre employs nationals from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia. We currently have over 500 seafarers employed for all types of vessels such as tanker, gas, container and offshore.
