Our Schulte Maritime Services Ghana is the only West-African company able to deliver a combined shore and sea-based training to cadets. We believe in the power of learning and development of our people.
Based on campuses of the Regional Maritime University (RMU), we were established in 2017. We recruit nationals from Ghana, Cameroon, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia Benin, Ethiopia, South Africa, Nigeria and all other potential African students/graduates from the RMU, who are either Officers or Ratings.
Our centre has employed over 400 seafarers on various vessel types, such as container, handy size bulk, LPG semi-refrigerated, LPG fully-pressurized, chemical tanker (Type 2 & 3), LPG/ ethylene, platform supply and anchor handling.
At Waypoint Ghana, we offer services and operate in all ports. Such services are canal transits, cargo operations including all documentation, crew change handling and many more. Our colleagues are dedicated to the quickest possible vessel turnarounds, fast and accurate information and to protect our partners.
